Effective September 18, 2026. This notice describes how the Noryvor AI website handles inquiries and technical information.
Information this site handles
The demo-request form collects your name, email address, optional company name, and message so Noryvor can review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, security-sensitive, or customer information. Form submissions are not a newsletter subscription.
Spam prevention
When the form is enabled, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect automated submissions. Cloudflare may process browser, device, interaction, and network information for security. Noryvor also uses short-lived abuse counters with keyed, pseudonymous identifiers in Upstash; these counters do not contain your message or raw email or IP address. These protections reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that every submission is human.
Inquiry delivery
Resend processes accepted inquiries for email delivery to Noryvor's private inbox hosted by Google. Your submitted contact information and message are shared with those providers for that purpose. A successful submission means the delivery service accepted the message, not that a response or meeting is guaranteed.
Tracking and advertising
Noryvor does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, session replay, behavioral advertising, or a cookie-based marketing system to this website. Noryvor does not sell personal information collected through this website.
Hosting operations
Vercel hosts this website and may process standard request and device information, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events, to operate, protect, and maintain its services.
Retention and sharing
Noryvor does not maintain visitor accounts or a website database of inquiry messages. Abuse counters expire within 24 hours; inquiry emails may remain in the private inbox as needed to respond and maintain business correspondence, subject to deletion requests and legal obligations. Hosting, verification, delivery, and inbox providers apply their own retention and service practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the website, Noryvor, or others.
